2022 The Baillie Gifford Prize for Non-Fiction

The 24th edition of the prize saw a majority female-authored shortlist, with five of the six books written by female authors. British authors also led the way with four books on the list. The nominated books highlighted outstanding reportage and complelling memoir to illuminating history books and mid expanding popular science.
