About the author

Dr. Michio Kaku is the Henry Semat Professor of Theoretical Physics at the City University of New York, and author of the international bestseller Hyperspace. He graduated summa cum laude from Harvard, received his Ph.D. from the Univ. of Calif. at Berkeley, taught at Princeton University, and lectured at the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton. He has published over 70 papers and books, including Einstein's Cosmos and Beyond Einstein, and Visions: How Science Will Revolutionize the 21st Century. His Ph.D. level textbooks are required reading at many of the world’s leading physics laboratories. He hosts a national weekly, hour-long science program in the U.S., and has appeared on scores of international TV documentaries on science and cosmology.
